Netflix is Looking to Make a Live-Action "The Legend of Zelda" Series
Well this is certainly interesting news. According to the Wall Street Journal: Netflix is working closely with Nintendo to develop a Game of Thrones-esque Legend of Zelda series for a family audience. Many people may cringe as memories of the awful "Super Mario Bros." movie come flooding back to them but I'm not as pessimistic. Of all the Nintendo properties Zelda is by far the one most well suited for a Live-action treatment with Metroid being a close second. It's hard to say at this point what to expect, but whatever it ends up being it's sure to be an event Nintendo fans won't soon forget. Here's the link to the WSJ story:
