New Q*Bert Game Coming To Sony Consoles

Q*bert isn't a name we hear much about in the current gaming climate but his game is undeniably one of the most fondly remembered of its day. Now it would seem that Q*Bert is getting the reboot that I only now realized it deserved, appropriately titled: Q*Bert Rebooted. The gameplay looks relatively unchanged with the goal of changing the color of all the tiles in each round while avoiding various strange enemies. To spice things up this time around the tiles have gone from being squares to hexagons, opening up all sorts of creative level designs and there is also a character select which is by all accounts unnecessary but is still nice to see. I'm also glad that the visuals unlike some reboots remain true to their source-material. Check out the trailer:
